In the park, Mila has Morphle morph into a dinosaur! Officer Freeze is afraid of dinosaurs but is too scared to tell anyone. As Mila, Morphle and Freeze help people around the city, Freeze tries to stop them. Eventually, Mila realizes what's going on and helps Freeze learn dinosaurs aren't scary.

Mila and Morphle work together to help others and protect their City from the misbehaving Bandits and mischievous Orphle. Through courage, imagination and most of all, teamwork, they are able to solve any problem and save the day.
