In this video mom and Kid Crew work together to build a tower crane to remove a ride on toy that dad left up high on the deck. Then we attach a bucket to the crane and make a toy elevator. Next we play a fun game in the mud with a remote controlled truck.
First, dad stores a ride on John Deere Gator on the deck. Itโs way up in the air, high off the ground. But then he realizes heโs late and runs off. Next, mom and Kid Crew go onto the deck not knowing dad was storing a Gator there and they think they need to get it off. After trying the door, mom and son start building a tower crane with the materials they have in the garage. After constructing the crane with a saw, drill, and fasteners, they move to the deck to rig the ropes and pulleys. They use two pulleys to make a simple block and tackle, and have to build one of the pulleys from an old tire. Mom and don do a great job! Then they attach the ride on toy to the hook and raise it over the railing and down off the deck. Dad sure is going to be surprised when he gets home! Then they attach a bucket to the crane and use it to lift toy Tonka construction truck. The tower crane works as a great toy elevator! Next we play along at home with a Traxxas TRX4 remote controlled crawler with a real working winch. We put on mud tires and go mudding in the backyard. Before long, we get stuck in a big mud patch and have to winch ourselves out. But the sticky mud doesnโt give way easily, and Kid Crew has to build a R/C snatch block out of Lego Technic to give extra pulling force. The Lego block and tackle helps the little winch get the R/C truck free from the mud! Lastly, we learn how block and tackles, or sometimes called snatch blocks, work in the educational segment.
Come pretend play with us! Join us kids, toddlers, girls, and boys as we use our ride on toy trucks, toy tractors, and toy equipment to do construction, farming, and home improvement pretend play projects. While we play our games and drive our vehicles, we learn about engineering, science, STEM, and how things work in our educational segment.
Thank you for watching Kid Crew!
